If you subscribe as an Associate of Casper Real Estate or as a Mortgage Broker, or Student Special, you can see what foreclosure items we have on our data base. In some cases, you can also see which ones have been redeemed and which ones have been reinstated, if that data has been entered. You will subscribe to counties as given in a list. Each of these counties is assigned a tier; each tier is assigned a subscription amount to be paid by the month or year. Subscribing look at Probates will not grant any rights to look at foreclosure property. These two functions must be subscribed to separately.
If you subscribe as a Associate of Casper Real Estate, you must mouse on the 'Associate' button on the right hand stack of buttons on the first page to get at the proper user-name/password log in entry blanks.
If you sign up as a Mortgage Broker you can see Mortgage Applications. If you subscribe as a Mortgage Broker, you must mouse on the 'Mortgage Broker' button on the right hand stack of buttons on the first page to get at the proper user-name/password log in entry blanks.
If you sign up as a REO (Real Estate Owner), you will be allowed to enter properties into the For Sale list, All Counties, All States. If you subscribed as a REO, you must mouse on the 'REO' button on the right hand stack of buttons on the first page to get at the correct user-name/password log in entry blanks.
If you subscribe as a Mortgagee, you can setup your own foreclosure page on a property you have financed and the financed party has defaulted. If you subscribe as a Mortgagee, you must mouse on the 'Mortgage Broker' button on the right hand stack of buttons on the first page to get at the correct user-name/password log in entry blanks.
If you subscribe as a Student Special (this option is not always available), you will see all of the counties that have data entered; other subscribers will see only the counties that they have subscribed for. If you subscribe as a Student Special, you must mouse on the 'CRE' button on the right hand stack of buttons on the first page to get at the proper user-name/password log in entry blanks.
(If you subscribed as a 'GUEST' you must use the 'GUEST button toward the bottom of the right hand stack of buttons on the first page to get at the proper user-name/password log in entry blanks.)
